Pioner magazine 04 is on the street

The pioneering campaign has been a success, and now launches the Ministry of Education Pioneering Education. Read more in the new issue of Pioner magazine.
Danish pupils and students must learn to get good ideas and put them into practice. They can be trained in - if their teachers give them the right tools. Therefore, the Ministry of Education created a Pioneering Education to teachers who would like to be equipped with new teaching methods. The pioneering program is part of the pioneer campaign. And fourth edition of Pioner magazine focuses on the Pioneer program, starting in the 2009-2010 school year as a pilot project. The teacher as consultant

In the magazine you can read about a number of trainers and teachers who in different ways have implemented tools for innovative teaching in their daily lives. One example is Erritsø Central School, where Thomas Rose is a teacher at innovation line in ear- ly adolescence. He finds that weak students get successes, and that students are generally more motivated and blooms up. The biggest challenge for the teacher is to let go, he said. The new roles to be taken where the teacher is more tutor and consultant rather than traditional teaching.

Interaction with the outside world

In the magazine made also focuses on how it is possible to involve the surrounding community in education. At Næstved Gymnasium held seminars where current issues and tasks asked of companies that must be addressed. This means that students learn to develop ideas and create a product. Then comes the companies on visits and provide feedback. Rector Susanne Stubgaard are excited to collaborate, and she sees it as an investment in the future. Pioner magazine also offers a number of practical tools for use in the innovative training from, among others Kreativitetslaboratoriet at Aalborg University.
