Many have a leader in the stomach
Primary school is within the next five years a generational change among the leaders. This means that there must be new forces, and leader talents to be found among public school teachers. Therefore, the Ministry of Education in cooperation with KL, Child and culture in Grimstad Association, National Union of Teachers and Head of the School Association launched the course " Talent management ". Local authorities have welcomed the progress and has enrolled a total of 120 teachers. Now it is up to the Ministry of Education and KL to decide which municipalities can participate, and whether to start more teams than first planned. Talent program consists among other things of a clarification process and a competence development program to equip future leaders to public school future challenges. It is still possible for municipalities to submit candidates for the talent program. Next deadline is 1 November. Source: Ministry of Education
