How do you become a coach?

There are many ways to become a coach and there are almost as many levels as you can get the title on. With us, you get an overview of your options for becoming a coach and what is required of you - and of course what you can use your education afterwards. You can, for example, contact the coach training closest to your city and get advice - and hopefully also answer your questions before taking your coach training. Here you can take a coach training if that is something you might want to try with. It is one of the cities where it is possible to become a coach - but it is also found in both larger and smaller cities around the country.

If you want to be wiser on the education, even before you start, you have the opportunity to enroll in one of the courses about the course itself and what it contains. Here you will also, among other things, be presented with some of the tools that you will be introduced to as a trained coach and coach during education. The free course is held monthly.

When you finish as a coach, you will have a number of tools that can be beneficial to both yourself and others. For the tools you learn from others, not only is meant to be a tool to help make other people wiser about themselves - it should also make you wiser about yourself. And give you the tools it takes to shape your life as you want it to be shaped. Because after all, it's hard to help others before you are able to help yourself and shape life as you wish.

Employee or self-employed?

As you finish your education, one particular question is pressing - do you want to start your own job or find a job as an employee in another coach company? Even though many prefer the peace of mind by receiving a fixed monthly salary, pension and holiday, more Danes become self-employed in their own years. There are of course a number of advantages and disadvantages of both options. Predictability and security are the two pulling plastics, which causes the majority to choose a permanent job, while the freedom and ownership of the business is reversed, a plus in business as a business.

This is of course something you need to do with yourself in your personality, risk profile and preferences. Do you prefer to organize your daily life and decide when you work and have free talk for a career as an independent person. If you are not at risk of risk, a regular hiring may be something more for you. If you have already decided to start your own, you should of course invest in a website / webshop (see, for example, www.smartweb.dk ), but you will also be responsible for all contact with the public, contracts, etc. Being independent is thus not for everyone, but the same can be said about the employee role, so consider carefully what you want with your education.
