A new nationwide research project at Aarhus University, ProjectRun21, looking for participants who want and are motivated to train up to run a half marathon.

We examine how with the least possible damage risk can organize running training programs based on the running experience and which run level you have.

Besides all the health benefits associated with jogging, you get

    MSc. in sports as well as former national coach in middle and long distance running.
