From generation to generation

From generation to generation

Times are changing all the time. We change attitudes, we get new style, we change the smartphone with a new, etc. And while many of us probably see ourselves as independent individuals, it can not be avoided that we are influenced by our surroundings. And we are influenced to the extent of our generation and the time we grow up in.

The technological generation takes over

We are in the 21st century and regardless of generation, we are almost all addicted to technology. Today, the majority is required to have an e-mail so you can not live without a computer. All of the hands are done with a handheld smartphone and a laptop under your arm, MobilePay has almost outperformed the cash and you do not even have to leave your sofa to shop for groceries. But of course, that has not always been, unless you are from generation Z (born 1995-2010), it's more or less what you know. In "the good old days" there were turntables, black and white tv and most of the time was done with pen and paper (we are probably a little far back in time, but it is nevertheless true). Today we have music on the phone or iPods, or other small devices to get in the pocket. If we look at generation X (born 1965-1979), then there's another way we're going to get it; namely walkman and cassette tape. And then it was the newest of the newest. Now this generation is more or less featured on the nodes with Smart TV, Spotify and advanced speaker systems, but it's something completely different from what they grew up with.

The changes continue

In the old days you had to go to the bank, both to raise money and put money into his so-called bankbook. Today you can freely raise money in the vending machines closest to each street corner and a transfer of funds is over with few clicks on the computer. You can easily get exactly what you need. You do not have to go down to the bank to ask a counselor for help as you can call customer service only. You do not have to go through a long, expensive letter correspondence to get a lawyer as you just send an email with your problems and soon you get the legal advice you need. And it does not stop here - the changes continue. As long as we live, we will always try to improve our situation. If you take a trip back in time and look at the different generations, you'll see how time has affected them. Of course, there is a difference if you are children of the post-war era or if you are 00'barn at full speed. How the newest generation takes place in the future is still not known.
