Copenhagen Jazz Festival 2012
Today (ed. July 6, 2012) starts jazz festival in Copenhagen, and you can look forward to a great program.
The festival last until July 15, 2012 and you can experience jazz of all kinds these days.
Copenhagen Jazz Festival is now in the 34th year and has grown over the years. In fact, it has never been so big and popular as now, in spite of other music genres consumed in the country.
There is something for everyone, so just because it's jazz, do not write it off as something only jazz enthusiasts and old can enjoy. It will most be a really bold and uplifting experience.
This year you can include see names like John Scofield, Brad Mehldau and Wayne Shorter. On July 9, you can look forward to a recreation of Miles Davis album "Miles Smiles". It takes place at the Royal Theatre's old stage.
On 12 July, you can experience Choir and Young Believers, on the very same stage where they list their 'rhinegold' album, but in an enlarged version.
