Bookeaters Convention - Talent Camp / Horror-writing workshop with Nikolaj Johansen.

The event will take place at Studio Ground Odense.

Nedergade 12, Odense C d. 31 October and 01 November at. 10-15 both days.

If you write your own lyrics, or want to get started with becoming a writer then you have the opportunity to get inspiration or help in fine-tuning your texts when Odense Central Library holds Bookeaters Convention's Horror-writing workshop. We have been so lucky to get Odense writer Nikolaj Johansen as a guest teacher. Nikolaj has even released both horror short stories and the novel "Shadows of the October Country" that mixes excitement, horror and fantasy with witch trials and Internet experiments, so he is well versed in the ghastly genre. In addition to being an author, acting Nikolaj also often live either as poetry stuns, which he actually is a former champion in, read poetry or perform with his band Virga.

He is a bit of a multi-talent in the literary genre, and has a BA in comparative literature behind him, so participants Horror-skriveworkshoen expect two days with a teacher who knows what he's talking about.

At the workshop you will be presented to the Horror genre, idea generation with the aid of phobias and anxiety abstract scenarios, character development, structure and tell perspective in your text, and more.
