Sunny room - balcony flat in Frederiskberg

Having moved out of Denmark, I am renting my flat. At the moment there is a room for one person available (oriented south/ at left entrance of the flat) in a two bedroom flat.
The flat is located next to Fasanvej and Frederiksberg metro
The apartment is 65 m2 with a sharing living room with a balcony oriented south, the flat is in the upper floor without elevator.
The other tenant is a male professor still commuting from his precedent location.
In order to have a nice sharing experience, it will be important the two tenants meet before any concrete decision is made.
The neighbors are exceptionally quiet (they party 3 or 4 times a year and only on Saturdays)
The room is available now (furnished or not - the bed and pillows are new and of good quality for a good deserved sleep).
The rent of the room is 7000 kr/month (all inclusive except Internet/cleaning) with a deposit of 3 months rent. You will be able to declare your residence (CPR) at the flat but please note that the flat is not equipped for pets or smokers.
