Sunny and central room in shared apartment for rent in Nørrebro starting September 2018
We are renting out the biggest room of our lovely apartment. The apartment is centrally located in Nørrebro, directly at the bus stop Sjællandsgade (5C (direct airport connection) and 350S) and the main entrance of the famous graveyard Assistens Kirkegård. The apartment is a three room apartment (total of 74qm) and we are renting out the biggest rooms with approx. 22qm.
The room is fully furnished with a king size bed, a sofa, table with chairs, nightstand with bed light, cupboard and TV. The apartment has a nice daylight bathroom with walk-in shower and a new kitchen. The washing machine is located in the kitchen, so you will not need to go downstairs to do your laundry. The kitchen includes also everything such as a toaster, microwave, oven and a water boiler. If necessary we can provide towels, bedding etc., so you can move in and find everything set ready for you. The apartment is located on 5th floor (no elevator). Bikes can be parked in the back area of the building. CPR registration is of course possible.
The apartment is shared with two other girls. We are easy going and tolerant people and enjoy our privacy but are also up for cracking a cold one or cooking dinner together. After some past experience we are looking for a mature, easy going person preferably with a stable job. We do not care about age, gender or so but are looking forward to get a new third person to live with us that is responsible and at the same time fun to enjoy time with. The rental period can start in September 2018 and can be unlimited. However, we like to have a trial period of two months for both sides to see if we fit together.
The total rent including Wifi, electricity and water bills is 6700DKK (deposit is 6000DKK). If you consider participating in regular cleaning the rent can be lowered. If not, we will take care of the cleaning of the flat as we like it to be clean.
**Interviews for the room can only take a place on 16th of August, when we are both FREE and back from vacation.
