Shared livingroom. I will be in Jutland most of the time, then you´ll have the place alone. Large kitchen and bathroom. Everything is included in the rent. You can use all the kitchen stuff, and there will be all furniture that you need in the room, just bring a bed. All shopping facilities within walking distance, close to green parks Metro, S-train and busses. Students/workers from spanish, german, english og spanish speaking countries preferred, as I speak those languages. I am female and prefer a female tenant ! I work as a photographer and designer and is also a teacher for kids. 3 months deposit and 3 months prepaid rent.
