Shared apartment: Cozy room in beautiful three floor town house with large balcony in Valby.
We are a Saga (3 years), Vasna (43) and Glenn (41) looking for a laidback guy or gal, preferably 30+ to share our town house with.
We are internationally minded, into cooking, hosting dinners, movies, board games, singing, having visitors and the occasional couch surfer stay over and a bunch of other stuff.
You should be sociable, easy-going and laidback and hopefully share some of the same interests. No smoking inside. And it is vital that you clean up after yourself.
We try to dumpster-dive most of our food and if you are into that, we would love to do that with you. You are of course very welcome to just buy your food as well.
What is our little family like?
Saga: Loves singing, pickled herring, astronauts and ghosts. Lives here every other week.
Vasna: From South Africa, loves the outdoors, food and engaging in social and environmental activism.
Glenn: BA in business administration, owns 200 bikes, but very rarely rides one.
We all share:
Living room with movie projector and stereo, kitchen with dishwasher, pots, pans, kitchenware, dishes etc., bathroom with washing machine and dryer, large balcony, small terrace, internet, Netflix and Amazon Prime.
The room:
Cozy, well-lit 20 m2 room with build in cupboards. Possibility of renting the room furnished (bed, desk, drawers etc.)
Finances:
Monthly rent: 1 person: 6.500 DKK all utilities and everything above included.
Deposit: 3 months rent of 19.500 DKK
Prepaid rent: 3 months rent of 19.500 DKK
Rental period: Indefinite
Available: September 1st. 2020
Termination: One month to the end of a month.
