Roomie wanted - 10m2 in 120m2 apartment
My friend and I rent out the 3rd room in our 4-room apartment on Magretheholmen. We are resp. 32 and 36 years old and both working full time,
There is a large kitchen-dining room and large balcony, elevator, bicycle parking, walking distance to public transport, washer, netflix, internet and dishwasher and dryer. The apartment is newly renovated.
If you're a climber, this might be a best location for you as Blocs & Walls and Amager bakke are just 5 mins (less) away.
We are looking for a young person with a stable economy, who is willing to live with others and who has a high mood and is sufficiently clean. We are not party monkeys, but will keep coming together when the times are right again. We want to do a lot together, as the living room and kitchen are connected.

A 3-month deposit and 1 month's prepaid rent will have to be paid - a total of 27,200.
Depending on the bill but we share equally - usually the rental on average is around 6800 per month.
