It is a 2-room apartment of 65 square meters with a well-decorated kitchen-dining area, bathroom, my room and then your potential room, which overlooks a quiet courtyard. The available room is approx. 12 square meters. ??I value my apartment and therefore take good care of it, which is why I value a very clean and tidy space with a shared space that is inviting to use.
