Room in Very Nice New 100 m2 Apartment on Amager!

I am looking for two new roommates in my apartment in Amager, 10 min far from Christianshavn metro station. One room is available from 15 April and the other one from 13 May.
I would like roommates to be between 26 and 31 years old, with a stable job, preferrably who can speak Danish. I would prefer someone who enjoys drinking a beer in the common room from time to time either watch a movie together. Cleanliness is a must, but a little mess from time to time never hurt anyone.
Long term stay: + 1 year.

About the rooms: They are 8.5m² and 10m², partially furnished with a dresser and/or small warddrobe (the current roomie would like to sell it). Rent is 5.000 dkk per month with everything included (internet, electricity, heat and water).The house is 4 rooms: 3 bedrooms with an open kitchen space and living room 100 m2 and a nice balcony. The bathroom has heated floors for those cold Copenhagen winter mornings. It is a fairly new apartment (as of December 2014), has a clothing washer and dryer, dishwasher, all flatwear (dishes/plates/pots etc.), all appliances (microwave, fridge, freezer, oven, stove etc.) furnished living room and a nice balcony.
