Room in the awesome apartment
Hi,
We are Lithuanian couple. Ieva (me, girl) is a student and Vytis (my boyfriend) is Design consultant. We are 30 and 32-year-olds. We are friendly and outgoing. In our free time, we like to watch movies, go fishing or play games with family.
We are renting out a room in the awesome and sunny apartment, located in Valby. The apartment is in a newly renovated building.
The rent includes all utilities: internet, water, heating, electricity and Netflix. Washing Machine and Dryer are located inside the apartment.
Move-in Price: 25 500 (3month deposit+ 1rst month rent+1 month rent in advance)
Although the room we are renting out is not big, we will share 86 m^2 common area, therefore it is important that we will be able to communicate, socialize and get along on a daily basis.
We are looking for someone with whom from time to time we can share dinner, have a glass of wine or beer and watch a movie or go out.
Additional requirements for tenants:
-Smoking is only allowed on the terrace
-You cannot hang clothes on the terrace (house rules)
- No Vegans or Vegetarians
-Must speak and understand one of the languages: English, Russian, Lithuanian
-Have a sense of humour
-Not overly religious
-No couples
