Room in Sydhavn, Copenhagen
As our roommate is moving in with her boyfriend we are looking for a new roommate to live with us on Teglholmen in Sydhavn from March.
There, we live 20 meters from the water.
Your room has about 10 sqm. and lies towards the courtyard. The appartement has 99 sqm. where the other two private rooms make up ~10 and ~12 sqm. of that.
We have a balcony too.
Your future roommates are Marko and Moritz from Croatia and Germany. We are in our early/mid twenties and both study at KU.
Marko likes philosophy and boardgames. Moritz likes to DJ and do yoga.
We keep the communal space very tidy and clean up after ourselves. On top we have an easygoing cleaning schedule.
As we are vegans ourselves, we would like you to be vegan too.
The rent is 5200kr, with heating, water and internet the total monthly is about 5650 plus quarterly electricity.
Depending on your income we might be eligible for boligstøtte.
The room will come with all furniture for a negotiable price otherwise it can be removed if you have your own, the wardrobe is built-in.
We are going to conduct meetings/viewings in early January to get to know you and for you to get to know us and the appartement. When you write to us, please tell us a bit about you :)
