Room in modern apartment in Vestamager
Im moving from my lovely apartment in Vestamager as Ive bought my own. Its an apartment at 100 sqm with three bed rooms so youll have two roomies; a woman at 19 years and a man at 30 years. We all have a busy everyday but we do enjoy a cozy evening on the couch with a good tv show once in a while. The apartment is furnished so you only need to furnish your own room.
Move-in date is July 1st but you might be able to get it earlier as I expect the renovation of my new apartment will be done sooner. We are looking for a man or woman that values a clean home. We have a simple weekly cleaning schedule. If you are interested, just drop me a message with a few words on who you are. You can come and see the apartment throughout May.
The apartment
Its a modern apartment with a lot of sun light coming in. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a spacious dining/living room area with dining table, sofa and TV (including Netflix, HBO and other Danish channels). Big balcony with table and chairs and amazing sunset view. The bathroom is equipped with washing machine and dryer.
The room
The room is 11 sqm - the one furthest away from the main door and bathroom. It has a large window section with French balcony - facing same side as the balcony so you can enjoy the breathtaking sunset from your room as well. Its spacious enough for a bed (mine is 140 cm on the picture), a desk and wardrobe. You can take over the wardrobe if youre interested as my new apartment comes with a wardrobe already.
Location
Its in a quiet area (no trafic noise) at Robert Jacobsens Vej 14, on the third floor with elevator. Only 450 m to Vestamager metro station (REMA 1000 super market and Fitness World right at the station) and 1 km to Fields shopping center (with SATS fitness at the top floor). Right at Fields, you have Ørestad metro station and train station (one stop to Central Station and two stops to the Airport). Amager Fælled which is a huge nature area is only 10 minutes walk from here.
The practical
The rent is 5220 kr. per person per month which is including 133 aconto water and 133 kr. aconto heating. Electricity is with a separate provider and around 200-300 kr. per month per person. Internet is 83 kr. per month per person. There is one month of pre-paid rent and deposit equal to 3 months of rent, meaning 19.773 kr. plus rent of the month youre moving in.
The apartment is administrated by CEJ Ejendomsadministration property agency. They are renting out whole aprtments but each tenant gets a direct contract with them. It means that you will be taking over my rental contract. If you have any question in details, I can share the contact information of CEJ Ejendomsadministration.
