Room in Edvard Thomsens Vej
I am seeking for a calm, friendly roommate to share my apartment Edvard Thomsen Road with me.
In the apartment there is a beautiful open kitchen with dishwasher, and bathroom with shower, washing machine, dryer.
The room is not furnished but there will be a small closet for your use in it. There are some furnitures and a TV in the living room. Electricity, heating and water included in the rent.
It is 5 min walk to the Ørestad metro station from the apartment. Apartment is at really quite and green area, and very close to shopping mall, Fields.
I have a fulltime job, I do not smoke and i am looking for peace and rest at home.
No smoking at home, no party at home or no pets at home and no overnight staying friends at home. I am not obsessed with hygene but keeping public areas clean and tidy is important for me.
Above are some boring rules .. On the other side i am talkative, friendly IT guy who likes computer games, Netflix series, books, etc.
Looking forward to meet my roommate ..
