Hi, Im looking for a roomie from the 1st of November, in Viby. The room is rented only for one person and preferably a girl.
The apartment is 93 sqm and it includes:

2 min walk to the Letbanen
5 min walk to the 4A and 6A busses

There are 2 bedrooms, and one of them is occupied by me. I am 30 years old, a student at VIA in Value Chain Management and currently doing my internship. In my spare time I like to do outdoor activities, but also indoor ones like playing board games, and of course enjoying some Danish hygge ??
Your bedroom is marked in the picture. The rent is 3750 dkk and it includes all expenses + 50 dkk for internet. The deposit is 1 months rent. The total move-in price will be 11300 dkk. This includes the first months rent, the last months rent, and the deposit. Additionally, the room is already equipped with a built-in wardrobe. If you are also a student or have a lower income you can apply for boligstøtte to receive a deduction for the rent.
