Room for rent
Hey there,
We are a British girl and a French guy renting a room on the 16th floor of a new apartment in Amagerstrand Park. We are looking for someone lively, sociable but also respectful to each other's privacy. We have both been living and working in Denmark for some time now. The apartment has a sea view over the Øresund and is located right next to Øresund Metro Station, 12 min from Nørreport.
Room is 10 m² and furnished. Flat has a total floor plan of 101,6 m2. Flat is fully equipped (dish washer, washing mashing, tumble dryer, oven...) and consists of 1 living room (open to the kitchen), 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a balcony accessible from the living room. . The monthly rent of 6.500,- kr includes all consumption costs: heating, water, electricity, internet, TV and Netflix). Access to all common areas is welcome and encouraged, this is a shared apartment :) Rental period is set to 3 months. No Deposit, all 3 months paid when moving in, so one payment of 19.500,- kr.
