My roommate
Im hoping to find a roommate and these wishes goes especially out to guys, a person who is cultivating assertivenes or at least not trying to control people, and someone who havent physically fought in their adult life and agrees physical harm is not a solution, unless its self defence, to anything. The person cultivate veganism and/or someone who respects freedom of speech, but is also a respectful roommate. Someone who cultivate egalitarianism, but most importantly honesty as the foundation of our relationship. You can forgive if the person say they will change. Someone who is taking people home that cultivate the same I mentioned. I myself do all I mentioned above. Last thing is that my roommate plan to rent my room for at least 1-2 years
I've right to rent the room for at least till 31st of March 2020, but you will most likely be able to stay for a longer time, I expect 2 years, which I can get permission for.
Economy
To move in you pay the deposit which is 1.500 kr. and depending on the demand you pay
1 month forward payment which is 3.700 kr. to move in if you move in 1st of May, beside the house rent. I prefer someone to pay at least for the first month latest 27th of August, then I send the contract to my landlord, not to accept you moving in, but because he has to know who is moving in on 1st of september within a reasonable time.
I rent out my room which I've done for about 2 years, and I see myself continuing renting out my room until around March 2019. I'm the landlord of the room I rent out. You can register your CPR to my address.
Your room
The room is inclusive internet. The kitchen has the most technological stuff you need, with washing machine, dish washer, and induction plates etc. The bathroom is small and good with your own little shelf.
The area
The home has a short distance to transport and shops, incl. metro, s-tog, public bikes, sandwich restaurant, cafe, supermarket and fitness. All within a 7-minutes walk distance. Also Frederiksberg have many public party places for young and old.
Me
My name is Alvin Im 23 years old and I graduated in Marketing Management. I make content marketing such as pictures and I'm looking for a job. Usually I have something I dont use I put aside to my roomie, everything from furniture to food. I almost get along with any people, which I'm looking forward to experiencing again.
Us
When Im home I'm up for atleast a brief chat if you have friends for visiting and hopefully we can do stuff together such as shop groceries, give feedback on work, which is not a requirement at all.
