Nice room in beautiful & social apartment

Hej,

As Laura is going on exchange, we are looking for someone to take over her room from 01. February until 30. June, with good possibility for extension.

You would share the apartment with Linda, Christoph, Markus, and Lotta.
Linda is a Master student at CBS and working part time at the student Cafe Nexus. If she is not studying, she is playing Volleyball, travelling or meeting with friends to cook. Lotta is studying together with Linda at CBS and holds a part time job as well. She is enjoying acro-yoga and bouldering and loves to cook and bake. Christoph is an engineer and is working fulltime. In his free time he is climbing, bouldering or cracking tricky questions at pub quizzes. Markus is working fulltime as an IT consultant. He loves to spend time playing computer games and testing the take-away places around Norrebro.
It’s important for us to create a space where you feel happy and comfortable coming home, chatting to your housemates and cooking or making game nights from time to time. Of course we also need to study / work so we usually keep it calm during the week.

The apartment we are sharing has 5 beautiful rooms with wooden floors and a high ceiling. In addition, we have a large living room, which we use as a community space, for having relaxed evenings, nice dinners and Netflix. We have a big kitchen where we like to cook together sometimes. There is a beautiful big bathroom and an extra toilet. In the backyard we have a shared garden and there is also space to leave your bike.

Your room is 12m² and the costs are 5000 DKK / month, everything included (water, heat, electricity, internet) with 1 month deposit. The room is currently furnished and is free from February 1st (or January 20) and Laura might possibly be back 1st of July - in case she doesn’t come back, we could extend your contract.

You should be open, nice and clean. We don't mind how messy you are in your room, but we would like to have the common areas clean, so there is a cleaning plan. No smoking in the apartment. We speak English, German, Finnish, and Danish so we are happy to keep an international atmosphere.

Please tell us a bit about yourself and what you think is important living together. We’ll invite people over on the weekend of 8. - 10. December.

Looking forward to hearing from you!
Linda, Christoph, Markus, Laura & Lotta
