I am renting out one rooms in a spacious 3 bedroom apartment with 2 great living rooms in an 110 sqm penthouse. The apartment is located in the great area of sydhavn and is surrounded by a fitness center, supermarkets, schools, bus, ferry, train.
Move in date is 01.05. The price is 7500. Everything is included in the price: Rent, water, heating, electricity, Netflix, internet (50MBits), Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher.
The area is perfect and the city center can be reached in 12 min by open transportation or 20 min by bike.
The apartment will be funny furnished. Your room will be unfurnished.
I'm looking for you are between 25 and 30, open minded, full-time student or working, have a stable income, clean and tidy and enjoy having a beer together or to cook together every then and now but also love to have the privacy in the room and respect the same for the others.
Moving costs: 3-month deposit, first-month rent, last month rent = 5*7500= 37500 kr
