Looking for one roommate for a large 6-room apartment in center Amager
The large apartment is separated into 6 independent rooms and were just done with renovation on the 1st of February.
This young collective is merely three months old with 5 out of 6 rooms currently occupied by 4 Danish males and one international couple, you are going to share bathrooms and kitchen(fully equipped) with them. Three out of four danish males works and male of the international couple goes to Roskilde University. The average age group is around 25. Everyone here is nice, friendly and relaxed and are always down to doing something together.
There is no cable contacts for TV signals in the room but under the WiFi network we share you can watch all the TV channels in Denmark(full TV package paid for by landlord), it is an advantage if you are a big sports fan. :D
The WiFi(internet part) is however not included in the rent. We are currently 5 out of 6 rooms sharing a same WiFi solution which cost about 60 kr per person per month.
The rent is 4300 + 400 consumption with 3 months depositum and 1 month of prepaid rent. So a total of 21900 is required to move in.
