Looking for an awesome roommate
Is there a friendly soul out there who is looking for a room in a shared apartment? After a hard and long search, my roommate Alexandra and I have found 4 room (3 bedroom + livingroom) apartment in Valby. It is 90 square meters, and we are looking for 3rd person to share it with.
We also have some requirements:
-Must drink wine
-Must like Netflix
-Social person who would like to be our friend, not just roommate
-Likes to keep it tidy ??
-Likes boardgames
-Respects quite time when one of us all needs it
-comfortable with having guests over
-3 months with possibility of extension, we want to see how it works for us all.
I am sorry but NO couples. Both females and males are welcome to write.
The apartment is available from March 1st. It is a 5-7min bikeride to Valby St. and approx a 4 min bike to Ny Ellebjerg St. it takes about 15-20 mins of biking to get to the city center.
Rent is 5000dkk, plus utilities, which would include internet. We approximate total rent would be around 5300-5500dkk a month. The deposit would be 3 months rent (15,000dkk). The apartment is brand new and includes new appliances such as a washer and drier, dishwasher and a large balcony. And yes, you can register your CPR at the address.
We are both 24 years old. I'm from Estonia, and my roommate is from America. I'm studying at KEA and she is in the end of candidate studies at CBS.
It's also important to note that my roommate and I have been living together for a year in a similar size apartment. Therefore, we have taken care of almost all furniture needed for the shared areas such as living room and dining room and balcony. We also have all cooking utensils and silverware/plates (but won't object to more ??). The bedroom you would have would be up to you, as it is completely unfurnished.
