Looking for a long-term flatmate to a lovely 3-room apartment :D.
A bit of info on the flat:
- unfurnished
- shared living room
- location: Rosenlundsgade (right next to the center)
- rent: 3,500 dkk (most probably 3,000 dkk)
- depositum: 10,500 dkk
- move in date: February (or even sooner)
- eligible for housing subsidy aka boligstøtte up to 1,000 dkk (hence the rent would be even lower)

- bachelor student at UCN
- currently doing my intenrship
- 22 years old
- polish
- enjoy to hang out over coffee or wine
