Looking for a flatmate in 3-bedroom apartment in Teglholmen
Hello there!
Our flatmate is moving out, so we are looking for a new one from 1st June who would move in to the 8m2 room in our 4-room (3 bedrooms + livingroom) apartment in Tegholmen, Sydhavn.
The apartment is 101m2. Among others, has a big living room, a spacious bathroom and a lovely balcony facing west (beautiful sunsets during summertime). There is a storage room in the apartment, where you may store your extra stuff. The apartment is equipped with all the basic appliances.
The apartment is located on Teglholm Tværvej, 15 minutes on bike from the city center. There is a boat and bus 7A stop just around the corner as well as a Netto and a Spar. Sydhavn st. (line A and E) is 10 min. away on foot.
With moving in you would join our little household that consists of a couple, Sasja and Jannis, from Germany and Holland, both 24, doing their masters, myself, 25, working as an architectural technologist, and in the future YOU! :)
We like to hang out together in the apartment, respect each others personal space and pay attention to each other, so we can create a genuine home feeling. These are what we are asking from you too. :)
The move in date is negotiable. The monthly cost is 4.700DKK, including all utilities (also Netflix and HBO). You would also need to pay 1 months rent as deposit and there is 1-month prepaid rent, which will cover your last rental month (14.100DKK at moving in). Rental period is unlimited. We welcome anyone from exchange students to working people. :) The room is available for one person only (with CPR) and I am sorry to say, but we cannot allow pets in the apartment.
