Long term room for rent in Copenhagen.
One room available for long term rent from 26th of March in new 85sqm 3 room apartment. The room is approximately 10sqm. Apartment has a balcony, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, as well as a spacious kitchen and living room. Although there's no view of the water, we live right next to a harbor which we're very much looking forward to enjoying in the summer months! Rent is 5.500dkk which includes all utilities.
We are a couple Simon (28, Danish) and Tori (23, American) who you'll be sharing the apartment with. Simon is a doctor in residency who works long hours at the hospital, and Tori recently finished her bachelor's in Global Nutrition and Health and is currently trying to figure out what her next steps are. We both love to cook and play board games in our free time, as well as enjoy the outdoors.
We are looking for someone who is not only interested in the room, but also interested in sharing the communal space with us, maybe some shared meals, wine and music. We are generally mellow, but like to be social and are hoping that our future housemate will become a part of our home. Unfortunately we cannot accept couples.
