THE COOL STUFF
We are a social collective who appreciates being part of each other's everyday life. We have a meal arrangement where we share food costs (about 700 DKK a month) and eat together daily. In addition, we share the practical tasks in the house, such as shopping, cleaning and gardening. We hope that you as a new resident will be included in this, in addition to other friendly spontaneous events like movies, board games, concerts and exhibitions.
THE NOT SO COOL STUFF
The house is put up for sale, so we have a rolling fixed-term lease, which is renewed at the beginning of each month and lasting for three months and will continue so until the house is sold. This means you will always have 2-3 months notice to find a new living arrangement. This also means that we have one hour open house for potential buyers one or two Sundays a month.
Therefore, as a collective, we want to look for a more permanent house / apartment to move over. We hope you will join this, but of course it is not a requirement.
CONTACT US!
We really want you to be a part of the house, so send a description of yourself, a picture and what a collective means to you. We will arrange interviews as soon as we get your mail.
