We are looking for roommates come mid August. Our current ones are moving back to California when our lease expires mid-August. You will need to pass the background check the apartments run, cost is $45 per adult I believe.

About us:
Liz and Roland. We are in our mid-twenties and engaged to be married next year. We have lived in Oregon for 2.5 years and before that lived in California. We have two dogs, Wrex & Nitro, they are our companion animals. They are both under 35lbs and are very friendly, shy at first but warm up to everyone. We don't really party much but do enjoy having some beers or sipping on whiskey. We are very friendly but kind of quiet. We work Mon-Fri 7:30-4:00 but work at a business that has on-call so we can have longer hours and we work during the weekend on occasion. We are usually hanging out down stairs watching netflix/hulu or playing video games. We love movies and have a decent sized collection. Some of our hobbies are hiking, walking, shooting, tinkering with cars, playing with our dogs, and playing video games.
You:
We are looking for friendly roommates who can keep the common living area clean. We want someone who is respectful of others and their belongings. You must like dogs as we have two. You can have one pet but will need to provide a companion animal letter to the complex. We are looking for someone who has similar interests as us, we don't have to be best friends but it would be nice to get along with and like our roommates. We are hoping for another couple but are not opposed to someone single. We aren't expecting a lot from our new roommates. Just be respectful, clean, friendly, and make rent on time.
