I have one room for rent in my 4 room, 114 sqm apartment, available from the 1st of July! It's a 6-month lease (to test if things are working out), but with the possibility of extending up to 2 years or more after that - if the chemistry is good. The room is not furnished, so you will have to do so yourself.

The room are the one at the bottom left of the floor plan. The rent is KR. 6500 pr. month and fixed KR. 850,- for internet, tv, water, electricity, heat and weekly cleaning in common areas.
The deposit is 3 months rent + 1 month pre-paid rent.
