Note: Vi taler begge dansk. / I and my roommate Lars are both Danes, speak English well and we keep this adv in English to be open for internationals.
Be quick as we try to get this room(Aug) reserved with contract within two weeks from now (20/5).
Visits after appointment made over a phone call. Visits can be from May 26/27 and thereafter. Until then we are in midst of deep re-structuring in the house :)

1) Room may meanwhile become rented to summer visitor, but if you do have interest in moving in before Aug 1st 2019, please state this first in your interest letter. :)
2) If you fit into our picture of our new roommate, we will send you a mail-address and phone nb. within <1 day.
3) If you cannot meet up for a short house visit, please state this to us as well. ....Then maybe be could consider video contact.
Terms for sublease: 1 person, CPR, no smoker or max. smoking e-cigarettes. Can show payslip or receiving §34 extra benefits for high rental expenses. No other pets (no more pets allowed by our landlord). Willing to apply for combined rental subsidies (boligstøtte).
We look for you: ¤ Dog-lover /-caring. Maybe you consider getting a dog yourself or you would love to have a share-dog. You have been much around a dog before. ¤ Introvert/shy? No problem. ¤ Creative with craft projects? that's ok, you will not be alone in this aspect ;). ¤ You are content about living with two roommates (read in pictures + about us further below). ¤ No cleaning freak (with all respect for those who do very tidy and clean living). ¤ No often visiting kids, sorry. ¤ Your working hours does not lead you to come home in the mid of the night. ¤You accept using earplugs if you want to sleep very early or in typical awake hours, while your roommates do their living yet showing respect for your sleep. ¤ Finally, Your personality somehow matches the following traits: Relaxed, open-minded, empathetic-compassionate, honest, corroborative and negotiable. ¤ Age? In your best age, a guess could be 25-45 years old. ¤ if not non-smoker, then maximum smoking nice-scenting aromatic e-cigarettes.

Bus stops right outside the house area's sound walls - not bothered by road noise. Go easily everywhere day around. S-train stations 7-10 min biking/bus away. Rema and Fakta 3 min walk. Netto 4 min bike. Aldi 4 min bike. Silvan 4 min bike. Husum Torv (apotek, Føtex +more). Green spots all around.
[[ Room ]] 11 m2. Ventilation. Floor heating. Shared bathroom next to room. ¤ Big door windows w french balcony. (the 2nd room, that maybe also become available from August, has the same type door windows, but this current room is not heated by daytime sun). ¤ The room comes with inbuilt wardrobe in three compartments, as well as loft lamp and night curtains. Sliders for a second light curtains installed. ¤ Optional furniture: Futon couch-bed with top mattress. Chair. Exercise apparatus for belly and hips. Laundry basket. A second ceiling lamp. Smaller carpet.

Thalia: 4 yro welsh springer spaniel lady. Full of love, spirit, tail wagging. She never barks and is absolutely no harm to anybody. She is clean and we vacuum the couch and sweep the floors 3-4 times per week for shed hairs.
