Flot værelse til leje, Roskilde, tæt på havnen
Hey everyone
I am going to højskole from August to December, so I am renting my 10 sq m room out for that period in an international community with my 3 awesome roomies.
Miguel (22) comes from Spain, Frida (24) comes from Danmark and Dan (26) from Poland. My roomies are really lovely and are happy to have some hygge together, but also respect a closed door.
About you: preferable a female student.
The rent is 4.500 a month, with everything included but the laundry, which only costs 10 kr. The room is furnishured. There is a big built-in wardrobe you will also have a kommode, a room seperator, a big bed and a table. You will also be able to enjoy a big living room and a cosy balcony.
We live really close by the harbour (5 minuts by foot). The city center is 10 mins by foot, and the station is around 20 mins by foot. Once a week we go to the Madoasen, which is a shop close to us where you can get really cheap food. So if you want to be a part of that, then you wont need to spend a lot of money on food. ??
