The apartment has 3 bedrooms all together, in a house of 6 flats. We have a nice big back garden (shared), a kitchen with new appliances, and a much larger bathroom than is normal for Copenhagen!
About Us: We are 2 mature Masters students (from England and Latvia!), studying at Roskilde University. We both work and have Uni, meaning that the house is a quiet study-space for us to come home to. But we also enjoy having wine/dinner all together often too.
About you: We are looking for another student, who is quiet and considerate (and great at cleaning every 3rd week!). The area is quiet, and the house is somewhere to rest and study after long working days, so we are looking for someone who would be respectful and calm person.
We are ideally looking for someone to stay Monday-Friday, but we can be flexible for the right person :)
Rent - 4500DKK (excluding all bills apart from electricity)
Contract - Jana sets the contract, based on the landlord, and is responsible for the flat. The first few months will be a trial to make sure we all get on okay :)
