Weve lived together this past year, but with a new, larger apartment waiting, its time to expand the community maybe with you or someone you know?

??????? Emil is with his beautiful 22 years the age president of the house and is also the private bar tender os the house ???? When the time is not for daiquiris, Data Science at the IT University is on the menu. There you can also find him as a barista at Café Analog (yes, theres also space for latte art in the apartment) ??
??????? Denis at 21 is the technician in the group. Home automation, Internet and those kinds of things, hell always be able to have a talk about. When hes not flying around in town and doing small and big projects, youll probably find him in a bus on his way to exotic destinations in Europe ??
????????? Lasse (21) is (with limited luck) trying to keep the house plants alive ?????? both the decorative and the eatable ones ?? Other than that hes spending his daytime cycling to DR Byen, wheres hes making news videos on YouTube for DR.
Common for our everyday is that it is ever changing and at times busy. Therefore we all enjoy that the mood in the apartment is relaxed and informal. Therefore theres always space for a board game or a drink in the evening.
Who are you?
Were imagining that youre young and either study or work. Its irrelevant which gender you identify as or whether youre from Ribe, Rønne or Rio as long as you wanna live with us. Were purposely not setting high requirements, but only that, when the social aspect has popped into place, that you take as much responsibility emptying the dishwasher, grocery shopping and share the household.
The place
Youll be moving into a southeast pointing room 6,8 m² big in an apartment with a 49 m² kitchen/living room, where theres space to hang out in the cosy corner, read aloud, make shared food and where theres always space for an extra guest at the table (theres a dishwasher anyway, so that nice n easy).
The bathroom has both a washing machine and a dryer and what looks like worlds largest mirror.
?? ?? In the basement theres bicycle parking and we have access to a parking spot that you can rent if you have a car.
?? The closes Netto is 54 meters away, but if youd rather shop in Spar, youll have to walk 10 more meters over the road.
Just around the corner is the harbor bath swimming ????? (if youre up for it) and of course were endlessly close to AAU ?? Also, the entire perimeter is smoke free ??
The rent is 4.800 DKK pr. month which includes electricity, water, heating, internet, and (of couse) the apartment itself. By default we have furniture for everything except for your room but the living room is as much yours as it is ours so please hit us up with your great interior ideas!
The practical stuff: ??
Well begin with 6 months of rent, but with the intention of extending that to unlimited. Well talk about all of that during the interviews.
Before you move in youll be paying 3 × rent in deposit + 1 month of prepaid rent + rent for the first month = 24.000 DKK.
Moving in will be start/mid may (together with us).
