Cozy room in attached house in Søborg
I am moving out of the lovely attached house I've been living for almost 2 years. Thus, I am helping my landlord to find a new tenant for a small cosy room.
The room:
-Minimum 6 months max unlimited
-Small and cosy but its newly furnished (bed, wardrobe, drawers, desk, chair, even new window)
-Monthly rent: 4500 kr with all expenses included (Netflix + cleaning man + garden with BBQ)
-Deposit: 4500 kr
About you:
-You must be already living in Denmark and have a valid CPR. It is possible to change the address to this location and have a CPR, but not create a new CPR nr for the first time in Denmark
-Ideally a DTU student in the mid-twenties.
-Willing to keep a clean and organized home and follow the weekly rotational cleaning house chores.
-No pets and no smoker.
Our house is in Buddingevej, Søborg 2860, very close to Buddinge Train and Bus Station with a direct connection to Nørreport (Line B) and DTU (300S) or 20 min biking. Also, you can find some supermarkets around (Kvicky, Rema, Fakta and Netto) and gyms (SATS and Fitness World, interesting whenever this covid situation ends).
You would live with 3 international young colleagues currently studying and working. They are clean, tidy, and respectful of others privacy, but they also like to hang out in common spaces when possible, maybe watching a football or basketball match, movies or series.
Thats why they are looking for an easy-going person that matches the house lifestyle.
