(Available from August 2017)Three law students looking for international roomie
The room will be available from the middle of August 2017, because our roomie will be studying abroad for one semester.
The room will be furnished and have a great view over Copenhagen, including Copenhagen Mall, Tivoli and "Rådhuspladsen"
The room comes with a bed, a wardrobe and a desk. It is preferable if you have your own bedding, but towels and bedding is available.
It is within walking-distance from both bus options and S-train and only a 20 minute bike-ride from central Copenhagen.
The apartment:
It is a 130 m2 apartment, with 4 rooms and a livingroom. There are two bathrooms incl. shower and washing machine.
Our apartment is on the 6th floor but there is an elevator in the building.
There is a TV in the livingroom, as well as a PS3, Wii, Chromecast and Chromecast Audio.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher.
There is a 6 m2. balcony with a grill and view over Copenhagen .
The rent is not including internet, electricity and we each pay five (5) DKK pr. use of the washing machine
Including all expenses, the rent will be 5000 DKK a month.
Please note, that apartment, is near various construction sites, which results in noise between 7am and 5 pm on weekdays.
Our expectations:
We are looking for another student, preferably one who's studying in Copenhagen for one semester. We are all very social and expect that you will be the same - we want to get to know you and have fun together. One of us is a vegetarian but we seldomly eat together all four.
We are non-smokers but don't mind party smokers, as long as it stays on the balcony.
We are three females of 22, 21 and 20 years old.
We are clean but not obessively so.
We expect you to take your studies as seriously as we do - which is mostly around exams :)
We are defintely not experts in language, so we expect that you are (somewhat) fluent in English as we are all fluent.
If you are currently not in Denmark but are interested in the room, we would like to set up a Skype interview with you.
Looking forward to hearing from you, future roomie!
(Only pictures of the living room for now. Pictures of the room is coming)
