An outgoing, fun and calm roommate wanted
About the apartment:
I'm looking for a roommate for my 80m2 apartment close to Amagerbro st. The apartment has a large living room, kitchen, bathroom incl. washing machine, two bedrooms and two balconies. There's access to a bike basement and large green common areas. Close by you have different grocery stores, Fitness World, metro, buses and a 10 minute bike to the center.
About the room:
The room is 10.3m2 and available from January 2nd for a long term. It has a view over Øresund and is furnished with a bed. The monthly rent is 5.500 DKK including utilities (electricity, heat, water, internet, tv). There will be 3 months deposit.
The roommate:
I am looking for an outgoing and tidy roommate between the ages 25-30. Preferably you will be finishing your studies or beginning your career. A person who enjoys doing things together (cooking, Netflix, going out), but also respects some quiet and alone time.
About me:
I am 26, Danish-Ecuadorian, and have been working as a management consultant until recently. I enjoy dancing salsa, eating good food, playing games and traveling.
