The room is approx. 30 sqm located on the 2nd floor of a 150 sqm house.
5 min. walk to Havdrup station.
10 min. by train to Roskilde
8 km bike / car to "Letbanen" Køge Nord station and from there 22 min. to Kbh H
Havdrup Nyskov on one side of the house, free parking on the other.
In Havdrup you will find Netto, Brugsen, good pizzarias, thai food, solarium, hairdresser, gas station etc.
To the room follows:
Large shared bathroom with shower on 1st floor,
Washer and dryer on the ground floor. (standing in a guest toilet I use during the day)
Large shared kitchen incl. dishwasher also on the ground floor.
I am a quiet Danish woman 33 years old. I work in a production in a creative company.
I practice yoga and spend much of my spare time at spiritual workshops and events.
Meditation, healing, walking.
In addition, I am interested in singing, writing lyrics / poems, painting and drawing.
The home contains a cuddly domestic cat named Panda - 10 years old. It is a must that you like cats as he is very social.
The most important criterias is that you do not make noise and do not smoke cigarettes og E-cigarettes indoors.
