17m2 cousy room with a small balcony and build in closet in CPH Northvest
I have a lovely and cozy room available in the period July 1st, 2018 January 1st, 2019. The room is in the NV area of Copenhagen, with great public transportation options nearby and only 10-15 min. trip on bike to the city center.
The rent is 3,500 DKK which include access to: internet, bathroom, kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, and balcony. The cleaning of the kitchen and bathroom will be shared between us, but I will provide the cleaning products. The apartment is smoke-free; however, you may smoke outside on your balcony. The room is without a bed ATM, but this is something we can discuss among us later. I am not a great supporter of house parties, but a friend or two visiting is okay of course.
About me: I am 27 years old living with my two cats and currently studying Digital Innovation and Management at the IT-University. I am a relaxed guy with a passion for cocking, reading, and of course binge-watching the newest series on Netflix. I work with IT and security beside my studies. However, when I finally have some spare time, I will go for a run, visit family, and/or go to the pub with my friends.
About you (ideally): Between the 21-29 and currently studying a semester in CPH. You are neat and tidy by nature and prefer to live in a clean environment. You dont mind living with two cats who love to cuddle and play.
