The 6th-14th August 2008 from pm. 19.00 - 22.00 you have the opportunity to try, whether you like rock 'n' roll or belly dancing, tango, square dance, hip hop, salsa or samba.

Meet up at Officer's Square (between Aros and Ridehuset), Vester Alle 3, DK-8000 Aarhus C, where there is free education at. 19:00 to 20:00 every day. From pm. 20:00 to 22:00, you can practice the steps you've just learned, or study the seasoned dancers. You do not have to dance in advance. Everyone is welcome with or without a dance partner. It all takes place outdoors (though we move indoors if it rains). In the years 2000-2006 has been organized Summer Dance on the lawn, and it has been very popular. But because of the municipal savings disappeared summer dance last year. Dance Joy takes place not so easy. Come & Dance Aarhus has now chalked dancing shoes and took the initiative to re-disseminate successful dance experiences in the outdoors. In a collaboration between 6 organizations -and with the support of Culture Aarhus and Aarhus Public Initiative Group can Come & Dance Aarhus now offer classes in various dance styles.
