Training ship reaches 75 years

Hurray to the 80 new students to the school ship shout in unison. Either in honor of the 75 years training ship has sailed, or for themselves as they now can look forward to an exciting 10-week stay, which gives them great experiences.
Maritime Training and Education Centre (MARTEC) took over the training ship back in 2003 and it has never been more popular than now. Erik Moller - Director MARTEC considers, inter alia the business requirements of people who work well socially into play here. On the training ship teaches students just to work together and build social and human skills. Training Ship has been a sailing school since its launch back in 1932. The training ship sailing from Frederikshavn August 1 with 40 young women and 40 young men and it can be the start of a circumnavigation. Anniversary cruise ends in October 2008 in Las Palmas on Gran Canaria, where the ship wintering. Next year will head the Americas.
