Pioneer Day 09 is about roles
Once again it is time to hand out this year's Pioneer Award. The people behind the Pioneer Day takes on Sept. 2 at the Copenhagen teaching world and explores the roles of different institutions. The day ends with award celebration at Ørestad Gymnasium with the visit of Minister of Education Bertel Haarder and Her Royal Highness Princess Marie. Pioneer Day is part of Pioneer The campaign, launched by the Ministry of Education with the aim to support the work of creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship in education. Teachers and educators from across the country submitted projects, all of which have been working with pupils and students innovative and creative skills. The jury has now been set in motion, so the right winner of the Pioneer award 09 can be cut on September 2. The first 50 have already secured a place.
