New training for nurses

The government now establishing a higher education at diploma level for nurses. The program focuses on chronic patients, elderly medical patients and coherent patient.
We live longer, and in 2050 approximately 24 percent of Danes to be + 65. At the same time more patients have several diagnoses and chronic conditions. The theoretical modules retrieved from the formal continuing education, ie diploma system while the clinical training takes place in the same manner as the clinical training of existing specialist training for nurses.
