Won moot

The four law students from Aalborg University won the previous moot in the High Court against teams from law programs in Aarhus and Odense and Aalborg reproduction finalists will now be up against finalists from Eastern High Court. Head of the Legal School, Aalborg University, Louise Faber says that she is very pleased that the law students from Aalborg University have the opportunity to show the Supreme Court, what they can. There are of course talking about four talented students how well their skills and diligence are of great importance for the achieved finals. The students' finals shows, however, that the program's organization and teaching with a focus on combined theoretical and practical issues works. Process game consists namely of a case in the form of a case that is built around a labor law dispute with inspiration from the real world. It is important to be best to bring, present and litigate the matter before the courts. Litigation test both the student's ability to deal with practical issues, their theoretical knowledge and their understanding of the process. Further work produced is often used as part of classes on legal education. Although the finale is challenging hope both legal education and the students of a victory. Aalborg University's law school has, however, already with finals proved that it can live up to the judiciary and the profession's high expectations. Louise Faber therefore hope that there will be well received the first vintage graduates from law school education when they finish this summer. Source: AAU
