Are you the adventurous theatrical performances, street art, concerts and much more, HC Anderen Festival's an amazing opportunity. Odense form in week 34 (17 to 25 August) the framework for a different and exciting way to interpret Andersen's universe.
The festival aims to raise awareness of Odense, not only nationally but also internationally. If you are wondering, there is an "s" in the name, it is to signal cooperation with the many other festivals taking place in Odense in August.

• The festival takes place for the first time from 17th-25th august 2013.
• The festival was founded by a number of professionals who are committed to support the project financially in the years 2013-2015.
• In addition to the business community, the festival is supported by the Nordea Foundation, Odense Municipality and the Region of Southern Denmark, and local funds, sponsors and partners.
• The festival is organized with a board and five "legs" in the form of committees with professionals. Both the board and committees are working voluntarily.
• The festival will annually award prizes.
• There will be both free events and events that require admission.
