Every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday night, Globalhagen Kitchen invites you to Family Style Dinner. Thus, guests meet on long tables, greet each other and eat a vegetable-based and 100% organic meal. The concept rests on an ambitious commodity policy, social values and the efforts of volunteers.

Globalhagen Kitchen is part of Interpersonal Cooperation, and the progressive spirit can be felt and tasted. The team is driven by the vision of using food as a tool for social change and the spread of vegetable-based food for a more sustainable world:

“With cooking we work for our vision; a social and sustainable world. We stand side by side with interns, students and anyone who wants to save the world with vegetables. Every day, we serve fresh and over-produced vegetables from our supplier GRIM, and find new ways to reduce food waste in the kitchen. ”

At lunchtime on weekdays, the kitchen extends green food to Family Style to all the employees of the Central Cooperative. In collaboration with Huset, Globalhagen Kitchen supports humanitarian projects around the world. So here you can eat and drink with good conscience. Globalhagen Kitchen also houses events, conferences and private events.
