Come and learn five simple yoga exercises that give you good energy and a surplus in everyday life.
The exercises can be carried out morning, noon and night - depending on your temperament.
When you are at your highest, it will daily take you between 15 and 20 min., It's the most affordable time to spend on his body and daily well-being.
On the day you learn the exercises, and get the story of the 5 Tibetans, and we finish with a nice relaxation before continuing your day.
