Therefore, you train as a student!

Over the past years it has become very popular to train. Both cardio and strength training has won many Danes' hearts. Many have moved from traditional sports, like handball and soccer, over to a different choice. A choice where you can still have the opportunity to get drøngod form, but where you also have the ability to build muscle.

Especially as a student, there are many good reasons to exercise. - And these reasons I would like to give you now!



Break from school work

First of all, you have the opportunity to let your mind and get a break from school work. It is also needed. Research shows that you work more focused and concentrated if you take some breaks in between.

Now I have even studied, and I know how the school characterizes one's life. I even had the need to "escape" a few hours away from reality. And it did so by going to the gym every other day. For me, it helps to streamline my schoolwork when I came home from training. Good enough, I was tired and exhausted physically. But mentally I was 100% ready to go ahead with school work.

Healthy body

Another bonus of exercise is that you get a healthy body. And also a nice body. You can actually get both when you exercise. It is clear that with strength training focuses on getting a nice and larger body. With cardio you focus rather on getting a body in good shape.

I have always believed that both forms of exercise are important. So I have always combined both types of exercise.

It is important to mention that the diet also has a decisive influence on a healthy body. To get a healthy body you also need to eat healthy. Keep track of your calorie intake and your daily meals. You do not in any way going extremely tough. But if you just think a little more on your diet, your results will certainly be better.

When I started training as a student, I focused not on the diet the first half. After the first six months I took hold of my diet. I stopped eating unhealthy and limited my city tours (alcohol = death). The next half went beyond all expectations. My diet started to bear fruit, and I got some really good results.

Satisfying

I think that the training provides a satisfying feeling. What is special about the feeling is that you can not get it through other sports. The feeling of having trained intensely for 1½ hours, is unique. - And I'm sure that you will feel the same way. You should at least give it a try J

new relations

When training in a gym, you will surely have a new relationship. There are many others of your age who also trains. Your new relationships can end up good friendships. In addition, a relationship also end up being a good training partner.

I even met a guy my age when I started at the gym. We were both from scratch in a fitness center, and we trained the same days. We therefore began to train together, and today we have a super friendly. I can only thank my training.
