A good leader sets clear guidelines, ensures that employees can develop - and create a safe environment, even in times of crisis. It is certainly the definition of a good leader in North Jutland, if you ask the experts themselves - namely employees. This is the fourth consecutive year, the Nordjyske Management Price will be distributed, and the committee has received no fewer than 26 candidates. The candidates nominated by the employees of the individual companies and institutions in North Jutland, and member of the selection committee, director Ernst Trillingsgaard, Aalborghallen, is very impressed with the level. - First of all, it's great to experience the great width which is among the candidates. There is set managers from almost all types of enterprises and institutions, and about half were obviously qualified for one of the three winning candidate pitches. There have been numerous and lively discussions in committee before we agreed on the three finalists - and they are all three very worthy winners, hitting Ernst Trillingsgaard firm.

Focus on research

The three candidates for the Nordjyske Management Prize 2011 come from very different jobs. It is: Adm. Michael Lund from carpentry joinery company Lund & Staunton A / S, Head of Post Area North Jutland Marianne Holmsgaard, Post Denmark, and head of section for molecular diagnostics, consultant Henrik Bygum Krarup, Aalborg Hospital. - Henrik Krarup Bygum is very aware of to develop as a leader, and he is very responsive to feedback from the employee group. He is also good to keep a positive focus, even during periods of retrenchment.
